As you can see the drain is full of white ?? and you can't even see the cap.
The pipe is hanging off the wall - see the two white circular things on the bricks above the end of the pipe, I suspect it should be hanging there.
It's my downstairs neighbours pipe going into a drain in my garden.
It keeps getting clogged like this. Should she be doing something? Or is it just a case of the pipe not being over the drain and why doesn't her drainage go down it instead of blocking and covering it.
